- July 25th, 2009 - The Staff of Berkley Manor would like to invite all of our Residents to the 2009 Summer Pool Party on July 25th, 2009 from 12noon to 3pm. Please come down to the Pool and enjoy Food, Games, and Prizes with your fellow residents.

- January 31st 2010 - Come down to the Clubhouse to join your neighbors and the Berkley Manor Staff for brunch on January 31st from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

- February 15, 2010 - The Staff of Berkley Manor Apartments would like to thank their residents for all of their help and support during Snowmaggedon 2010. Your residency is valued and your assistance during the Western Pennsylvania State of Emergency definitely allowed us to serve you better.

- The Staff of Berkley Manor would like to invite all the residents to the Summer Pool Party. Food will be catered by Giant Eagle and our entertainment will be provided by DJ Nameless. Come down to see your staff and all the residents at 12 Noon on August 14th, 2010. Don't forget the gift card giveaway.

- Every child should be able to enjoy the Holiday season. With that in mind, please join the Western Pennsylvania Apartment Association with their 2010 Stuff the Truck Toy Drive benefiting Toys for Tots. Please come out to the Clubhouse from November 3rd through November 10th, and Stuff the Truck!

- The Staff of Berkley Manor would like to invite all residents to join their fellow residents for our Annual Winter Party on Tuesday, December 7th, 2010. We will be holding it off-site at North Park Lounge at 6:00 p.m. You must RSVP to the Leasing Office prior to December 2nd, 2010.

- On June 9th, 2011 through June 14th, 2011, the Berkley Manor clubhouse will be undergoing a project to replace it's tiled entrance ways. During this project, there will be limited access to the poolside clubhouse entrance and Workout Room. Please be advised that the Pool bathrooms will be available at all times for your usage. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during this clubhouse improvement project.

- Save the Date…The Berkley Manor Pool Party will be held on Saturday, July 16th, 2011. Please mark your calendar and check back for upcoming details.

- In observance of the Labor Day holiday, the community office will be closed on Monday, September 5th, 2011. We will re-open on Tuesday at 9:00am. If you have a maintenance emergency please call the office and connect with the operator.

- Trick or Treating will take place on October 31st from 6pm - 8pm. If you would like to participate by passing out treats please stop by the leasing office to pick up your Pumpkin Sign for your front door.

- December 14th, 2011 - The Staff of Berkley Manor would like to invite all of their residents to the North Park Deckhouse for our Winter Party. The party will be held December 14th, 2011 at 6pm. We look forward to seeing you all there.
