We also realize that pleasing our residents is the best possible way to spread the word about the quality of life available to those who live in one of our communities.

Our "What's A Friend Worth?" program offers residents to benefit directly from doing what they often do naturally. That is, let their friends know about the benefits of living in a NorthStreet apartment home.


  • Our program is simple. . .
  • For each lease signed by new residents, NorthStreet will compensate the referring current resident in the amount of $500, payable in cash.
